The NAI Hallmark Partners team extends a BIG congrats to our own Valerie Schmidt on achieving her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation as part of the rigorous Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) requirements. CPM members are recognized as experts in real estate management and are at the top of the profession. 70% of those who hold the CPM designation hold the highest management positions (owner/partner or officer/director) than those without the designation. Clearly, Valarie is a great asset to Hallmark and the clients we serve.

Valerie started her quest to become a CPM in 2011. There are a total of eleven classes she had to pass in order to earn the designation. She is currently the treasurer of the 2013 IREM Executive Board of Directors and Chair of the IREM Young Professionals group. She was awarded the prestigious CPM Candidate of the Year award in 2012.

In July 2007, Valerie joined NAI Hallmark Partners as a Tenant Services Coordinator. She quickly worked her way up through the company to reach the position of Asset Manager in which she is responsible for several assets including multi-tenant commercial properties, grocery-anchored shopping centers and owners associations. She is heavily involved in the day-to-day activities of the properties in addition to creating and adhering to annual budgets.
