NAI Hallmark Partners Christian Harden has been honored by the Northeast Florida Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) as the 2013 Emerging Professional of the Year. The award was presented at the Annual Awards and Celebration event last month at the River Club. The prestigious award is given to the up-and-coming professional under the age of 35 who have distinguished themselves among their colleagues.
“Christian has most certainly earned this honor,” said Dave Auchter, EVP/COO of NAI Hallmark Partners. “Any time an award is given by industry peers it is special and serves to recognize Christian’s contributions to NAI Hallmark Partners, the NAIOP NEFL Chapter, the commercial real estate industry and the community of Jacksonville.”
Christian Harden began his career with NAI Hallmark Partners in 2009 as an asset manager and leasing broker. In 2013, Christian accounted for $13mm+ in aggregate brokerage volume over 46 individual transactions. He also committed his own time and financial resources to participate in regional, national and international opportunities to cultivate the NAI Global network. From Orlando to Las Vegas to London, Christian has been an engaged representative for NAI Hallmark Partners, the commercial real estate industry and the City of Jacksonville.
