Keith Goldfaden, Daniel Burkhardt and Patrick Thornton of NAI Hallmark Partners announced today that they represented the seller in the sale of Butler Pointe. The Property is located at the intersection of I-95 and SR-202 (Butler Blvd.) in Jacksonville, Florida and anchored by tenants including the University of Phoenix, AT&T, Regency Electric and Sunteck. Acorn Property Holdings acquired the 157,041 square foot office building for $12 million.
