JACKSONVILLE, Fla., February 18th, 2020 – Daniel Burkhardt and Keith Goldfaden with NAI Hallmark, and David Ellis and Alex Waddey with NAI Global, announced today the sale of Cypress Business Center at 8301 Cypress Plaza Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32256 (the “Property”) for $8,000,000. The buyer was Woodside Capital Partners based out of Fort Worth, Texas. This marks Woodside Capital’s second office/warehouse acquisition in Jacksonville over the past few years.

The Property is situated on 14.66 acres and is 54% occupied by a diversified tenant mix including Fanatics, Stanley Security and Claims Questions, LLC.
