Camden Padgett, Associate

Camden Padgett started at NAI Hallmark as an essential team member across multiple specialties successfully working both tenant and landlord representation assignments with industrial, medical office, and retail clients.

Before joining NAI Hallmark, Camden interned with NAI Columbia where he built out an extensive database of all industrial assets in the major South Carolina markets. Having technical expertise, Camden utilizes his knowledge of data and computer science to provide value to owners and tenants through in-depth analysis and reporting.

Growing up in St. Johns County, Camden is exceptionally familiar with Northeast Florida which gives him thorough knowledge of the local market.

In 2021, Camden began working with Brooks Rehabilitation in their rapid expansion of outpatient clinics in Jacksonville and Orlando. Camden assisted in transactions with Brooks locations at Fleming Island, Winter Park, South Kissimmee, South Ocoee, and Rio Pinar.

Camden also works alongside Principle, Patrick Thornton and Vice President, Jason Purdy in representing the EastGroup Properties Inc. Southside Portfolio which is 1.25 million square feet. EastGroup Properties is a self-administered equity real estate investment trust focused on the development, acquisition, and operation of industrial properties in major Sunbelt markets throughout the United States. EastGroup’s portfolio currently includes approximately 56 million square feet, of which, 2.5 million are located in Jacksonville.

Camden focuses on creating and building quality relationships with his clients and provides well-thought-out advice that goes beyond the transaction and into future business developments.
