James Wilk brings two decades of multifamily experience to his role as Vice President, Multifamily Analytics of the Multifamily Investment Sales for NAI Hallmark. Prior to joining NAI Hallmark, James Wilk served as an associate focusing on all aspects of the deal process including the valuation, underwriting, financial modeling, market research, and due diligence coordination, assisting in over $3B in transactions throughout Florida. During his time in the industry, James has also worked for a low-income housing tax credit developer and a condo conversion developer to create all forms of housing throughout the country. As a second generation native of Jacksonville, James deeply believes in the local community and its future.

James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.

He actively supports local organizations including The Florida Theatre and Jacksonville Humane Society.
