Litsa Milonas, Operations Coordinator

Litsa Dawkins is the Operations Manager at NAI Hallmark and oversees operational initiatives and people operations.  In her current role, Litsa is responsible for both developing and executing people strategies that align with the company’s core values, and is always looking for new ways to elevate engagement and drive the continuous improvement of the team. She plays an integral role in NAI Hallmark’s day-to-day business operations, employee experience and human resources, client and vendor relationship management, event planning, and organizational process development. She uses a highly organized and strategic approach to Human Resources with a proven track record of success in effectively working with employees and the leadership team to produce desired results. She is highly adept at identifying and clarifying processes, developing strong relationships, and implementing streamlined approaches to HR procedures and practices. With a strong background in organizational efficiency, Litsa excels at creating solutions-oriented policies that benefit both the organization and its team members.

Starting her career in commercial real estate with NAI Hallmark in 2017, Litsa was responsible for lease administration for a leased portfolio with over 70 locations across Florida and working closely with Christian Harden on sales and leasing transactions. She was responsible for building the lease administration and transaction coordination processes at NAI Hallmark and is committed to providing clients with highly organized and detail-focused solutions to tracking and managing their real estate.

Litsa lives in Riverside with her husband, and loves cooking, music, nature documentaries, and hiking. If she’s out of the office, she’s most likely in North Carolina on a trail.
